Strategy

Our strategy is to launch a large-scale, multi-level marketing campaign aimed at broadly covering what happened, developing Pedro Network, and increasing pressure on Polymarket and UMA in the matter of making a fair decision.

We do not set out to destroy UMA or Polymarket, despite all the actions on their side that we consider unacceptable. Our primary goal is to receive our lawful winnings in the most effective way.

The campaign — what's inside

The campaign will include large-scale giveaway events for tens of millions of Pedro Coins over the course of 6—7 months, a consistent explanation of the situation to a broad audience in a format they can understand, the creation of high-quality infographics, interactive materials, and visual breakdowns of all key facts.

Giveaways

Tens of millions of $pedros distributed across 6—7 months.

Plain-language explainers

Consistent storytelling for a broad audience — in a format people can actually understand.

Infographics & visuals

High-quality infographics, interactive materials and visual breakdowns of all key facts.

Legal & ecosystem

Legal action in parallel; our own blockchain and token; subsidiary projects integrated into Pedro Network.

One of the main priorities is not just to attract attention, but to consistently introduce people to the essence of what happened, the legal side of the matter, and the scale of the consequences.

In parallel, legal actions will be carried out, our own blockchain and token will be developed, and subsidiary projects integrated into Pedro Network will be launched.

Two scenarios — separate or together

The overall goal is to use media attention both to put pressure on Polymarket and UMA and to develop our own ecosystem. In the long term, this creates two possible scenarios:

Scenario A

Polymarket revises its decision

The platform reconsiders and pays compensation.

Scenario B

Token-driven recovery

The team and holders compensate for their losses through the growth of our own token.

These scenarios can work both separately and together.

Path to $1 — the math

To reach a token price of $1, we need a capitalization of about $100 million.

Capitalization runwaytarget $200,000,000 → $1.00 / coin
$0$25M$50M$75M$200M
real story community media event legal position developing infrastructure large creative team
Many meme coins have reached more than that — while our project has a much stronger foundation: a real story, a community, a media event, a legal position, developing infrastructure, and a large creative team.
Designed as a win-win

The media campaign must be large enough for Polymarket to still have the opportunity to turn the situation in their favor: pay compensation, reduce reputational damage, and gain a positive media effect through a new information event.

In such a scenario, they will be able to present the decision as a story about how:

Hundreds of small investors
~$100
→
up to $100,000
×1,000 upside
The largest participant
$150,000
→
$70,000,000

Ad budgets — for context

Pedro campaignfair-decision target~$200M
Polymarketannual marketing capacity$1B+

These guys have billion-dollar advertising budgets, and this could become the best $100 million they have ever spent on advertising in their entire history.

If we turn this into a scandal from the very beginning, the effect of a settlement agreement will be less effective for them from a media standpoint. Besides, the most important words are always spoken politely and calmly.

Tone of voice at the start: our campaign will not be built on excessively harsh rhetoric. We will leave ourselves room for maneuver, and leave them the possibility of a reasonable retreat and a decision that may be beneficial to both sides.
Our task is to create conditions under which making a fair decision becomes no less beneficial for them than it is for us.
What comes after

After that, we plan to focus on developing our own socially significant projects. Over time, these projects should show that old players can turn into rudiments of the blockchain industry — not because of our attack, but because of a lack of ideas, technical backwardness, and an inability to meet new standards.

After all, even our beta versions of websites already look and work better, and most importantly — are easier to understand, than the website of an entire UMA Protocol.
The team
24people · current campaign

At the moment, a team of 24 people is working on the current campaign and related projects. Most participants are working for a share in Pedro Coins from the shares of our team with which the relevant agreements have been reached. The exception is lawyers — these guys always want money upfront.

In two weeks, we formed a multidisciplinary team of specialists from key areas:

IT Blockchain Finance Law Media Marketing PR Design Analytics Product & Project management Operations
Most of the participants have already proven their willingness to work for the idea and the long-term perspective within the limits of their capabilities. This reduces the burden on the budget, makes us more flexible, and opens up additional opportunities for scaling the campaign and developing the entire ecosystem.
Funding

At the moment, we are not raising any funds for any purposes and have sufficient financing for all key stages. However, in the future, after demonstrating more significant results of our work, we will publish our Bitcoin wallet for donations to support the development of the project.

Any donations will be strictly voluntary. Without them, we will continue working with the same diligence, but with somewhat fewer capabilities.
